For the United Kingdom, Switzerland & Iceland, shipping is €9. Shipping is free for orders over €200

For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Arab Emirates, shipping is €15.00. Shipping is free for orders over €300. 

For the USA, shipping is €30.

Please note that customs duties and import VAT may apply when importing into non-EU countries. You, as the recipient, must bear these charges.

A. Withdrawal Information

Introduction

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item. just-margo.com To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Margarita Arndt, E-Mail: justmargo.shop@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via email. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your notice of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, non-collection, or other reasons caused by the customer, any additional costs incurred by Just Margo for returning the package will be deducted from your refund.

Note for returns from non-EU countries: Make sure that the required return documents (e.g., customs documents) are filled out correctly to avoid additional costs. If the return documents are not filled out correctly and additional costs arise for Just Margo when returning to Germany, these will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusion or early expiration of the right of revocation

The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
