Shipment:
Just Margo ships to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Shipping is free for all EU countries, for the United Kingdom shipping is €12.50, for the United States and Canada it is €30.00. Shipping to the UK is free for orders over €200. Shipping is free to the United States and Canada for orders over €300.
Please note that import duties and import sales tax may apply when importing into the United Kingdom, United States or Canada. As the recipient, you have to pay these fees.

Return:
Please read the size details carefully before placing your order. As a sustainable fashion brand, I ask you to only order if you really want to buy that particular item of clothing. This means that avoidable returns and the associated environmental impact can be minimized.
After you receive your order, you have a 14-day window to initiate a return by sending an email to justmargo.shop@gmail.com. Please note that only items in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, will be accepted for return. If the returned product has lost value, this loss in value will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be aware that you are responsible for the costs of returning the item to Germany.
Additional information for returns from the United Kingdom, United States or Canada: Make sure that the required return documents (e.g. customs documents) are completed correctly to avoid additional costs. If the return documents are not filled out correctly and this results in additional costs for Just Margo when returning to Germany, these will be deducted from your refund.
