Shipping: 

Shipping is free for all EU countries.

Shipping to the United Kingdom, Switzerland & Iceland is €9. Shipping is free for orders over €200

Shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Arab Emirates is €15. Shipping is free for orders over €300.

Shipping to the USA is €30. Shipping is free for orders over €300.

Please note that customs duties and import VAT may apply when importing into non-EU countries. You, as the recipient, must bear these charges.

Please read the size information carefully before placing your order. As a sustainable fashion brand, I ask you to only order if you truly want to purchase this specific piece of clothing. This helps minimize avoidable returns and the associated environmental impacts. 

After you have received your order, you have a 14-day window to initiate a return by sending an email to justmargo.shop@gmail.com. Please note that only items in their original packaging and in original condition, including all accessories, will be accepted for return. If the returned product has lost value, this depreciation will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be aware that you are responsible for the costs of returning to Germany.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, non-collection, or other reasons caused by the customer, and additional costs arise for Just Margo when returning, these will be deducted from your refund.

Additional information for returns from non-EU countries: Make sure that the required return documents (e.g. customs documents) are filled out correctly to avoid additional costs. If the return documents are not filled out correctly and additional costs arise for Just Margo when returning to Germany, these will be deducted from your refund.
