Shipping: 

Shipping within Germany is free.

Due to the new EPR/PPWR regulations, unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to other EU countries.

Shipping to the United Kingdom, Switzerland & Iceland costs €9. Shipping is free for orders over €200

Shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Arab Emirates costs €15.00. Shipping is free for orders over €300.

Shipping to the USA costs €30. 

Please note that customs duties and import VAT may apply when importing into non-EU countries. These fees must be paid by the recipient.

A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activities:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Margarita Arndt, email: justmargo.shop@gmail.com) by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at just-margo.com. If you use this online option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of the withdrawal notice and the date and time it was received.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, failure to collect it or other reasons caused by the customer, and this results in additional return costs for Just Margo, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

Additional information for returns from non-EU countries: Please ensure that the required return documents (e.g. customs documents) are completed correctly to avoid additional costs. If the return documents are not completed correctly and this results in additional costs for Just Margo when returning the goods to Germany, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
