Shipping is free for all EU countries.
For the United Kingdom, Switzerland & Iceland, the
shipping cost is €9. For orders over €200, shipping is
free.
For Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and
the United Arab Emirates, the shipping cost is €15. For an
order over €300, shipping is free.
For the USA, the shipping cost is €30. For orders over €300,
shipping is free.
Please note that customs duties and import VAT may apply when importing to the United Kingdom. These fees must be borne by you as the recipient.
Please read the size information carefully before placing your order. As a sustainable fashion brand, I ask you to only order if you truly want to purchase this specific garment. This helps minimize avoidable returns and the associated environmental impacts.
After you receive your order, you have a 14-day window to initiate a return by sending an email to justmargo.shop@gmail.com. Please note that only items in their original packaging and in original condition, including all accessories, will be accepted for return. If the returned product has lost value, that depreciation will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping costs to Germany.
Additional information for returns from the United Kingdom: Make sure that the required return documents (e.g., customs documents) are filled out correctly to avoid additional costs. If the return documents are not filled out correctly and additional costs arise for Just Margo when returning to Germany, these will be deducted from your refund.
