After you receive your order, you have a 14-day window to initiate a return by sending an email to justmargo.shop@gmail.com. Please note that only items in their original packaging and in original condition, including all accessories, will be accepted for return. If the returned product has lost value, this depreciation will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping costs to Germany.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, non-collection, or other customer-caused reasons, and additional costs arise for Just Margo when returning it, these will be deducted from your refund.

Additional information for returns from non-EU countries: Make sure that the required return documents (e.g., customs documents) are filled out correctly to avoid additional costs. If the return documents are not filled out correctly and additional costs arise for Just Margo when returning to Germany, these will be deducted from your refund.
