After you receive your order, you have a14-day window to initiate a return by sending an email to justmargo.shop@gmail.com. Please note that only items in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, will be accepted for return. If the returned product has lost value, this loss in value will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be aware that you are responsible for the costs of returning the item to Germany.

Addition for returns from the United Kingdom, United States and Canada: Ensure that the required return documents (e.g. customs documents) are completed correctly to avoid additional costs. If the return documents are not filled out correctly and this results in additional costs for Just Margo when returning to Germany, these will be deducted from your refund.
