For orders over €200, shipping to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Iceland is free. For orders over €300, shipping to the United States and Canada is free.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, non-collection, or other reasons caused by the customer, and additional costs are incurred for Just Margo when returning it, these will be deducted from your refund.

Additional information for returns from non-EU countries: Make sure that the required return documents (e.g. customs documents) are filled out correctly to avoid additional costs. If the return documents are not filled out correctly and additional costs arise for Just Margo when returning to Germany, these will be deducted from your refund.
