shipping cost is €9. For orders over €200, shipping is

the United Arab Emirates, the shipping cost is €15. For an
order over €300, shipping is free.

For the USA, the shipping cost is €30.

Please note that customs duties and import VAT may apply when importing to non-EU countries. These fees must be borne by you as the recipient.

After you receive your order, you have a 14-day window to initiate a return by sending an email to justmargo.shop@gmail.com. Please note that only items in their original packaging and in original condition, including all accessories, will be accepted for return. If the returned product has lost value, that depreciation will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping costs to Germany.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, non-collection, or other customer-caused reasons, and additional costs are incurred for Just Margo to return it, these will be deducted from your refund.

Additional information for returns from non-EU countries: Ensure that the required return documents (e.g., customs documents) are filled out correctly to avoid additional costs. If the return documents are not filled out correctly and additional costs are incurred for Just Margo when returning to Germany, these will be deducted from your refund.
